1. Christian Standard Bible (CSB) (2017):

The Good Shepherd

[1] The Lord is my shepherd;
I have what I need.

[2] He lets me lie down in green pastures;
he leads me beside quiet waters.

[3] He renews my life;
he leads me along the right paths
for his name’s sake.

[4] Even when I go through the darkest valley,
I fear no danger,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff — they comfort me.

[5] You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

[6] Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
as long as I live.

2. Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB) (2009):

The Good Shepherd

[1] The Lord is my shepherd;
there is nothing I lack.

[2] He lets me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters.

[3] He renews my life;
He leads me along the right paths
for His name’s sake.

[4] Even when I go through the darkest valley,
I fear no danger,
for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff -- they comfort me.

[5] You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

[6] Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
as long as I live.

3. English Standard Version (ESV) (2016):

The Lord Is My Shepherd

[1] The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

[2] He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.

[3] He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for his name's sake.

[4] Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

[5] You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

[6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

4. Lexham English Bible (LEB) (2012):

Yahweh the Shepherd

[1] Yahweh is my shepherd;
I will not lack for anything.

[2] In grassy pastures he makes me lie down;
by quiet waters he leads me.

[3] He restores my life.
He leads me in correct paths
for the sake of his name.

[4] Even when I walk in a dark valley, I fear no evil
because you are with me.
Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

[5] You prepare before me a table
in the presence of my oppressors.
You anoint my head with oil;
my cup is overflowing.

[6] Surely goodness and loyal love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will stay in the house of Yahweh
for a very long time.

5. Chinese Union Version Modern Punctuation 《

1. Christian Standard Bible (CSB) (2017):

The Ten Commandments

[1] Then God spoke all these words:

[2] I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.

[3] Do not have other gods besides me.

[4] Do not make an idol for yourself, whether in the shape of anything in the heavens above or on the earth below or in the waters under the earth. [5] Do not bow in worship to them, and do not serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the fathers' iniquity, to the third and fourth generations of those who hate me, [6] but showing faithful love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commands.

[7] Do not misuse the name of the Lord your God, because the Lord will not leave anyone unpunished who misuses his name.

[8] Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy: [9] You are to labor six days and do all your work, [10] but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. You must not do any work -- you, your son or daughter, your male or female servant, your livestock, or the resident alien who is within your city gates. [11] For the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and everything in them in six days; then he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and declared it holy.

[12] Honor your father and your mother so that you may have a long life in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.

[13] Do not murder.

[14] Do not commit adultery.

[15] Do not steal.

[16] Do not give false testimony against your neighbor.

[17] Do not covet your neighbor's house. Do not covet your neighbor's wife, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

The Ten Commandments

[1] And God spoke all these words, saying,

[2] "I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.

[3] "You shall have no other gods before me.

[4] "You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth. [5] You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, [6] but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.

[7] "You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain.

[8] "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, [10] but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. [11] For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

[7] "You shall not misuse the name of Yahweh your God, because Yahweh will not leave unpunished anyone who misuses his name.

Therefore Yahweh blessed the seventh day and consecrated it.

5. Chinese Union Version Modern Punctuation 《

1. Christian Standard Bible (CSB) (2017):

Faith Triumphs

[1] Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. [2] We have also obtained access through him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. [3] And not only that, but we also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, [4] endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope. [5] This hope will not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

2. Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB) (2009):

Faith Triumphs

[1] Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. [2] We have also obtained access through Him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. [3] And not only that, but we also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance, [4] endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope. [5] This hope will not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

3. English Standard Version (ESV) (2016):

[1] Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. [2] Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. [3] Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, [4] and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, [5] and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

4. Lexham English Bible (LEB) (2012):

[1] Therefore, because we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, [2] through whom also we have obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we boast in the hope of the glory of God. [3] And not only this, but we also boast in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces patient endurance, [4] and patient endurance, proven character, and proven character, hope, [5] and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

5. Chinese Union Version Modern Punctuation 《

6. Chinese Standard Bible 《
